Construction Management and Services
As a Class A (Hazardous Class), General Engineering Contractor (California License Number A-611383), and a C-10 Electrical Contractor in California—and General Engineering Contractor in the states of Arizona and Washington—ERI is able to offer you a wide variety of both construction management and construction services. As part of our construction management program, ERI has can assist you with critical path planning and scheduling, estimating and budgeting, cost monitoring, contracting and contract administration, quality assurance, permitting, and project documentation.
In addition to our construction management services, ERI is a "hands-on" firm and in almost all cases will provide construction services as the prime contractor. In this way, ERI can provide you with a variety of construction services without charging the additional subcontractor handling fees that most other environmental management consultants do.
Recent types of construction services provided by ERI as the prime contractor have included: (1) the excavation and removal of above- and below-ground tanks; (2) installation of remediation systems, including natural gas and electrical utilities, propane tanks, above- and below-ground system piping, fence enclosures, concrete slabs and foundations, protection posts, instrumentation, process wiring and piping, and equipment installation; and (3) the construction of multiple-use tank farms and associated above- and below-ground piping, product pipe lines, steam and condensation lines, water lines, sewer lines, electrical lines, above- and underground sumps and clarifiers, loading docks, concrete berms, metal and wood fencing, brick walls, and industrial driveways. ERI can also provide building demolition services.
