Merger with infrastructure leader creates expanded opportunity and global strength

Lake Forest, CA (October 18, 2010) – Environmental Resolutions, Inc. (ERI), a leader in environmental consulting and remediation services, announced today that it has rebranded itself, Cardno ERI, to reflect its recent merger with Cardno Limited (ASX: CDD), a global provider of physical and social infrastructure services. The Australian-based Cardno has over 150 offices worldwide and a resource base of more than 3,700 staff working on projects in over 70 countries.

Steve Zigan, President of Cardno ERI, said that, “Combining our capabilities with the reputation and expansive reach of Cardno creates an excellent platform for growth. The alliance brings broader skill sets, capabilities, and a larger scale of operations to our clients.”

The Cardno portfolio of companies provides Cardno ERI and its clients with a wider range of civil and structural engineering, transportation, marine, water modeling and planning services. Moreover, Cardno’s leadership in social infrastructure opens a new gateway for Cardno ERI to provide critical support to developing communities and those adversely affected by natural disasters and conflict.

ENTRIX also announced today that it is rebranding as Cardno ENTRIX. These two subsidiaries significantly expand Cardno’s North American presence while establishing an even stronger foothold within the strategic environmental arena.
